Chaque site couvert par un enregistrement EMAS doit se conformer à toutes les exigences du système EMAS.
Each site to be involved in an EMAS registration must comply with all the requirements of EMAS.

3. In case an organisation chooses, in accordance with Article 3(2), not to include all its sites in the corporate registration, it shall ensure that in its communications with the public and in its use of the EMAS logo it is clear which sites are covered by the registration.

3. In case an organisation chooses, in accordance with Article 3(3) not to include all its sites within the Community in the corporate registration, it shall ensure that in its communications with the public and in its use of the EMAS logo, it is clear which sites are covered by the registration.

Si un produit consommateur d'énergie couvert par des mesures d'exécution est conçu par une organisation enregistrée conformément au règlement (CE) no 761/2001 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 19 mars 2001 permettant la participation volontaire des organisations à un système communautaire de management environnemental et d'audit (EMAS) et si la fonction de conception est couverte par cet enregistrement, le système de management de cette organisation est réputé conforme aux exigences de l'annexe V de la présente directive.
If an EuP covered by implementing measures is designed by an organisation registered in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 761/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2001 allowing voluntary participation by organisations in a Community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS) and the design function is included within the scope of that registration, the management system of that organisation shall be presumed to comply with the requirements of Annex V to this Directive.

If the manufacturer of an EuP covered by implementing measures is an organisation registered in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 761/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2001 allowing voluntary participation by organisations in a Community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS) and the design function is included within the scope of that registration in such a way that it fulfils the requirements set out in Annex IV, parts 2 and 3, the management system of that organisation shall be presumed to comply with the requirements of Annex V to this Directive.

1. Les États membres veillent à ce que les médicaments homéopathiques fabriqués et mis sur le marché dans la Communauté soient enregistrés ou autorisés conformément aux articles 14, 15 et 16, sauf lorsque ces médicaments sont couverts par un enregistrement ou par une autorisation accordé(e) conformément à la législation nationale jusqu'au 31 décembre 1993 (et indépendamment de l'extension de cet enregistrement ou de cette autorisation après cette date).

Member States shall ensure that homeopathic medicinal products manufactured and placed on the market within the Community are registered or authorized in accordance with Articles 14, 15 and 16, except where the products are covered by a registration or authorization which was granted under national law on or before 31 December 1993 (and whether or not that registration or authorization has been renewed after that date).
