Dans sa breve allocution, M. Pfeiffer a rappele que la Commis- sion avait suivi avec interet le developpement des travaux qui ont conduit a la mise au point de ce programme - elle etait representee au sein du Comite .(Lenkungsauschuss).
In his brief address, Mr Pfeiffer said that the Commision had followed with interest the work on drawing up the programme, having been represented on the Steering Committee.
