11) Le Grand Conseil des Cris (Eeyou Istchee)/ l'Administration régionale crie et la Nation crie de Washaw Sibi devraient établir un processus de discussion et de planification pour permettre l'atteinte de l'objectif de la Nation crie de Washaw Sibi visant l'établissement d'une communauté crie distincte qui aurait ses propres terres de catégorie 1 et qui pourrait ainsi se prévaloir des programmes et services au même titre que les Cris des neuf autres communautés.
11) The Grand Council of the Crees (Eeyou Istchee)/Cree Regional Authority and the Cree Nation of Washaw Sibi should establish a process of discussions and planning to enable the realization of the objective of the Cree Nation of Washaw Sibi for the establishment of a distinct Cree community with their own category one lands so that they can receive programs and services at the same level as the Crees in the other nine communities.
