La Commission européenne vient de décider de renvoyer en partie aux autorités italiennes (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) l'examen de l'acquisition par Promodès du contrôle conjoint avec Shemaventuno (holding appartenant aux familles Benetton et Del Vecchio) de l'entreprise Gruppo GS, contrôlée jusqu'à présent par Schemaventuno uniquement.
The European Commission has decided to refer partially to the competent Italian authorities ("Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato") the examination of the acquisition by Promodès of joint control with Schemaventuno (holding belonging to Benetton and Del Vecchio families) of GS, company formerly solely controlled by Schemaventuno.
