La Commission européenne a donné le feu vert à la création de Galileo Brick Ltd., entreprise commune au sein de laquelle seront regroupées Ambion Brick Company Ltd. et Chelwood Group Ltd., deux entreprises détenues respectivement par Royal Bank Private Equity Ltd (Royaume-Uni) et Cinven Ltd (Royaume-Uni) et spécialisées dans la fabrication et la fourniture de briques.
The European Commission has authorised the creation of Galileo Brick Ltd., a joint venture that will combine Ambion Brick Company Ltd. and Chelwood Group Ltd., companies which are owned by Royal Bank Private Equity Ltd (UK) and Cinven Ltd (UK) respectively and which are active in the manufacturing and supply of bricks.
