Ceci n'empêche pas la Commission d'user ultérieurement de son droit d'initiative en proposant des actions spécifiques concernant des aspects du droit des contrats s'il existe un besoin spécifique, en particulier des initiatives qui sont ou seront lancées dans le cadre de la politique du marché intérieur.
This does not preclude the right of initiative of the Commission in the future to make proposals for specific actions on contract law aspects if a specific need for this exists, in particular on-going initiatives launched or to be launched in the framework of the Internal Market policy.
