Le Conseil européen rappelle que la proposition territoriale peut faire l'objet d'aménagements acceptés d'un commun accord par les parties et que des arrangements constitutionnels acceptables pour les parties, préservant l'intégrité de la Bosnie-Herzégovine et prévoyant un traitement équitable et équilibré pour l'entité croato-bosniaque et l'entité serbe bosniaque, devront être élaborés.
The European Council recalls that the territorial proposal can be adjusted by mutual agreement between the parties and that constitutional arrangements agreeable to the parties will need to be drawn up which preserve the integrity of Bosnia Herzegovina and allow equitable and balanced arrangements for the Bosniac-Croat and Bosnian Serb entities.
