La rapporteure pour avis rappelle que la définition actuelle, issue du règlement financier, se trouve à l'article 168, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE, Euratom) n° 2342/2002 de la Commission (modalités d'exécution) et qu'elle sera vraisemblablement adaptée.
The Rapporteur reminds that the present definition, as delegated by the Financial Regulation can be found in Article 168 Para 2 of the Commission regulation No. 2342/2002 (Implementing Rules) and will foreseeably be subject to adaptation.
