La deuxième phase doit se dérouler en Tunisie du 16 au 18 novembre 2005 et elle sera concentrée essentiellement sur la mise en œuvre du Plan d'action de Genève et sur les deux questions qui étaient restées en suspens après la première phase, à savoir, la gouvernance d'Internet et le financement.
The second phase is scheduled to be held in Tunisia from 16 to 18 November 2005 and will focus mainly on implementation of the Geneva Plan of Action and the two issues which remained outstanding following the first phase, namely Internet Governance and financing.
