Dans le budget présenté le mois dernier, le gouvernement a montré sa détermination inébranlable d'assurer l'avenir du Canada en créant des débouchés pour un groupe qui s'est souvent senti oublié: notre jeunesse (1740) M. John Maloney (Erie, Lib.): Madame la Présidente, j'interviens aujourd'hui à propos du budget de 1996 du gouvernement fédéral dont les mesures, combinées à celles qui ont été prises dans nos budgets précédents, continuent à faire progresser notre pays.
In last month's budget this government has shown its unwavering commitment to securing Canada's future by creating opportunities for a group that at times has felt disenfranchised: our youth (1740) Mr. John Maloney (Erie, Lib.): Madam Speaker, I am honoured today to have the opportunity to address the government's 1996 federal budget which when combined with the initiatives of our previous budgets continues to move this country forward.
