Selon les informations disponibles, la restructuration annoncée au sein d’ABB Alstom Power ne semble pas, à ce stade, poser de problème particulier en ce qui concerne le respect des règles nationales et communautaires existantes en matière d'implication des travailleurs, notamment en ce qui concerne la directive sur les licenciements collectifs et la directive sur les comités d’entreprise européens.
According to the information available, the announced restructuring within ABB Alstom Power does not, at this stage, raise particular concerns as regards compliance with existing Community and national rules in the field of workers involvement, notably with regard to the Collective Redundancies Directive and the European Works Councils Directive.
