1. The Commission shall, by means of an implementing act, adopt a list of territories and third countries which have made an application for entry on the list in which they demonstrate that for pet animals of the species listed in Part A of Annex I, they apply rules, the content and effect of which are the same as those laid down in Section 1 of Chapter II, this Section and Section 2 of Chapter VI and where applicable the rules adopted pursuant to those rules.

3. Les autorités compétentes exigent des établissements contrôlés par une compagnie financière holding mère ou une compagnie financière holding mixte mère dans un État membre, dans la mesure et de la manière prévues à la première partie, titre II, chapitre 2, sections 2 et 3, du règlement (UE) no 575/2013, qu'ils satisfassent aux obligations énoncées à l'article 73 de la présente directive sur la base de la situation consolidée de cette compagnie financière holding ou de cette compagnie financière holding mixte.
3. Competent authorities shall require institutions controlled by a parent financial holding company or a parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State, to the extent and in the manner prescribed in Part One, Title II, Chapter 2, Sections 2 and 3 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 to meet the obligations set out in Article 73 of this Directive on the basis of the consolidated situation of that financial holding company or mixed financial holding company.

3. 3. Obligations resulting from Section II of this Chapter concerning subsidiary undertakings, not themselves subject to this Directive, shall not apply if the EU parent institution or institutions controlled by an EU parent financial holding company or EU parent mixed financial holding company, can demonstrate to the competent authorities that the application of Section II is unlawful under the laws of the third country where the subsidiary is established.

Without prejudice to Articles 68, 69 and 70, credit institutions controlled by a parent financial holding company in a Member State or a parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State shall comply, to the extent and in the manner prescribed in Article 133, with the obligations laid down in Articles 75, 120, 123 and Section 5 on the basis of the consolidated financial situation of that financial holding company or mixed financial holding company.
