Afin de garantir la cohérence avec le règlement (UE) no 1305/2013 et de simplifier les règles permettant d'obtenir une autorisation d'aide d'État pour la partie cofinancée et le financement complémentaire des programmes nationaux de développement rural, il convient que les aides en faveur du secteur forestier exemptées de l'obligation de notification prévue à l'article 108, paragraphe 3, du traité au titre du présent règlement soient identiques aux mesures de développement rural sous-jacentes et que les aides exemptées ne soient accordées qu'en vertu du programme de développement rural de l'État membre concerné et en conformité avec ce dernier.
In order to ensure coherence with Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 and to achieve simplification of the rules to obtain State aid clearance for the co-financed part and the additional financing of the national rural development programmes, the aid in favour of the forestry sector exempted from the notification requirement of Article 108(3) of the Treaty under this Regulation should be identical to the underlying rural development measures and the exempted aid should only be granted pursuant to and in conformity with the rural development programme of the Member State concerned.

12. Aid for the conservation of genetic resources in forestry, linked to forest-environmental and climate services and forest conservation, granted to public or private entities shall be compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty and shall be exempted from the notification requirement of Article 108(3) thereof where it fulfils the conditions laid down in paragraphs 2 to 6 of this Article and in Chapter I.

Aid for investments in infrastructure related to the development, modernisation or adaptation of the forestry sector granted to undertakings active in the forest sector shall be compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty and shall be exempted from the notification requirement of Article 108(3) thereof where it fulfils the conditions laid down in paragraphs 2 to 9 of this Article and in Chapter I.

Les aides accordées aux PME actives dans la production agricole primaire, la transformation et la commercialisation des produits agricoles, les aides à la recherche et au développement, les aides en faveur du secteur forestier ou les aides en faveur des PME situées dans les zones rurales pour des activités ne relevant pas du champ d'application de l'article 42 du traité peuvent également être exemptées de l'obligation de notification prévue à l'article 108, paragraphe 3, du traité, conformément aux conditions établies dans le règlement (UE) no 651/2014.
Aid granted to SMEs active in the primary agricultural production, in the processing of agricultural products and in the marketing of agricultural products, aid for research and development, aid in favour of the forestry sector or aid in favour of SMEs in the rural areas for activities falling outside the scope of Article 42 of the Treaty may also be exempted from the notification requirements of Article 108(3) of the Treaty in accordance with the conditions laid down in Regulation (EU) No 651/2014.
