Such Member States shall adjust, for each undertaking in their territory holding a quota, the percentage derived from the application of Annex VIII in proportion to the individual renunciation of quotas within the restructuring scheme for the undertaking concerned, in such a way that the total reduction of quotas in the Member State resulting from the percentage referred to in the second subparagraph remains unchanged.
