Le règlement (CE) n° 1435/2003 du Conseil[1] (ci-après «le règlement») établit un statut de la société coopérative européenne (ci-après «SCE») en vue de créer un cadre juridique harmonisé permettant aux coopératives de différents États membres de planifier et de réaliser la réorganisation de leurs activités à l’échelle européenne.
