La Commission européenne a décidé d'autoriser une aide de 10,8 millions de DEM (soit 5,5 millions d'écus) accordée par la Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben (BvS) et le Land de Saxe à Rackwitz, société de production d'aluminium sise dans le Land de Saxe (Allemagne).
