3. rappelle aux autorités russes que les conditions de santé de M Savtchenko demeurent extrêmement fragiles et qu'elle sont directement responsables de sa sécurité et de son bien-être; appelle les autorités russes à permettre à des médecins internationaux impartiaux d'examiner M Savtchenko et à veiller à ce que tout examen médical ou psychologique ne soit réalisé qu'avec l'accord de celle-ci et en tenant compte du fait qu'elle poursuit une grève de la faim depuis plusieurs mois; demande à la Russie de permettre aux organisations humanitaires internationales de la rencontrer à tout moment;

Reminds the Russian authorities that Ms Savchenko remains in an extremely fragile state of health and that they are directly responsible for her safety and well-being; calls on the Russian authorities to allow impartial international doctors access to Ms Savchenko, while ensuring that any medical or psychological examinations are done only with Ms Savchenko’s consent and taking into consideration the consequences of her being on hunger strike for a very long period; calls on Russia to allow international humanitarian organisations to have permanent access to her;
