L’aide au sauvetage pouvait encore être considérée comme une aide à la restructuration, c’est-à-dire entrant dans le cadre d’un ensemble de mesures de restructuration [voir également l’aide d’État C 11/2007, Ottana Energia (23)].
That would still leave the possibility of the rescue aid qualifying as restructuring aid, i.e. as part of a restructuring continuum (see also Case C 11/2007, Ottana Energia (23)).
