Sauf disposition contraire contenue dans le règlement, les règles du traité relatives aux aides d'état sont applicables au secteur des viandes ovine et caprine.
Save as otherwise provided in this Regulation, the Treaty rules on State aid apply to the sheepmeat and goatmeat sector.

2. La 1ère étape de démantèlement qui sera d'environ 25%, interviendra le 1er janvier 1989, suivant les modalités ci- après : a) 1 point pour le Danemark, 1 point pour les ovins en Espagne 1,5 point pour la France 1,55 point pour l'Irlande 2,5 points pour l'Italie (sauf viande ovine où le taux vert est aligné sur celui applicable pour les autres secteurs), 3,2 points pour le Royaume-Uni, la totalité des écarts pour l'U.E.B.L., Toutefois en ce qui concerne la viande bovine, les décisions relatives aux taux verts seront prises lors de l'adoption définitive de la réforme de l'Organisation commune du marché de ce secteur. b) Pour le Portugal le démantèlement couvrira la totalité des écarts monétaires existants.
2. The first dismantlement stage, of around 25 %, will start on 1 January 1989, as follows : a) 1 point for Denmark, 1 point for sheepmeat in Spain, 1.5 points for France, 1.55 points for Ireland, 2.5 points for Italy (except sheepmeat, for which the green rate will be aligned on that applicable for the other product groups), 3.2 points for the United Kingdom, all the gaps for the BLEU. However, for beef/veal, decisions on the green rates will be taken only when the arrangements to reform beef/veal market organization are finally adopted. b) For Portugal, all the existing monetary gaps will be dismantled.
