elle étudiera l’information selon laquelle les liaisons couvertes sont vitales pour le développement économique de la Sardaigne et vérifiera que les obligations imposées ne ferment pas de manière injustifiée l'accès à l'ensemble du marché; elle examinera la conformité avec la législation communautaire en vigueur des exigences imposées aux transporteurs qui se portent candidats pour exploiter deux combinaisons de liaisons (chaque combinaison comprenant deux liaisons); elle vérifiera la légalité du partage des liaisons entre 3 exploitants, à savoir AIR ONE, ALITALIA et MERIDIANA.
assess the evidence that the routes covered are vital to the economic development of the regions of Sardinia and check that the obligations imposed do not close unduly the whole market; examine the conformity with existing Community legislation of the requirement imposed to the candidate carriers to operate two sets of routes (each set comprising of two routes); check the legality of the share of routes between 3 operators, namely AIR ONE, ALITALIA and MERIDIANA.
