Une personne accusée d'une infraction aux termes de ce projet de loi ne peut se défendre en invoquant la diligence raisonnable pour empêcher l'infraction ou le fait d'avoir raisonnablement et honnêtement cru en l'existence de faits qui, s'ils s'étaient révélés vrais, auraient exonéré cette personne.
A person charged with a violation under this bill does not have a defence by reason of due diligence to prevent the violation or having reasonably and honestly believed in the existence of facts which, if they were true, would exonerate that person.
