1. Les États membres veillent à ce que les autorités compétentes disposent de pouvoirs leur permettant d'exiger des entreprises de réassurance un programme de rétablissement financier, lorsqu'elles jugent que le respect des obligations découlant des contrats de réassurance est compromis.
1. Member States shall ensure that the competent authorities have the power to require a financial recovery plan for those reinsurance undertakings where competent authorities consider that their obligations arising out of reinsurance contracts are threatened.

6.
