Une attention toute particulière sera accordée aux domaines suivants: fourniture de services de connectivité de haut niveau sur Internet ( les réseaux auxquels chacun doit avoir un accès directe ou indirecte afin d'atteindre tous les sites du Net), fourniture de services de télécommunications à des sociétés multinationales et fourniture de services de terminaison aux États-Unis de communications téléphoniques vocales internationales.
More in particular, the focus areas of the investigation will be the provision of top level connectivity services in the Internet (i.e. those networks to whom anybody must directly or indirectly have access in order to get universal reach on the Internet), of global telecommunication services to multinational companies and of termination in the US of international voice telephony calls.
