The Network for the Collection of Accountancy Data (FADN) already prohibits the use for taxation purposes of any individual accountancy data or other individual details relating to agricultural holdings; the purpose of this amendment is to reinforce these provisions by prohibiting any use of such data for purposes other than those specified in the Regulation.
