If, in fact, our military leadership looks very carefully at the history of our operations, and where our reputation and name is drawn from and says if that is where we are going to make our commitment, if that is where we are going to make a difference in international peace and security, what does that mean for rethinking our doctrine, our procurement policy, and our force allocations.
