Je me demande simplement, étant donné que tous les Canadiens ont le choix d'allumer leur téléviseur pour regarder une émission en particulier, si vous supposez qu'en obligeant le câblodistributeur ou un autre distributeur, pour qui cela entraînerait forcément des dépenses, à offrir des chaînes en anglais dans certaines régions du Québec où l'on entend rarement parler anglais, ou des chaînes en français dans certaines régions rurales ou de l'Ouest ou encore du Canada atlantique où l'on entend rarement parler français, les gens dans ces régions vont d'eux-mêmes allumer la télévision pour regarder des émissions dans une langue qu'ils ne comprennent pas.
I'm just wondering, in terms of the voluntary turning on of a television show, which all Canadians have, if you're in some parts of Quebec where English is seldom if ever heard, or in some parts of western or rural or Atlantic Canada where French is seldom if ever heard, and you have a cable provider or whatever who is instructed at some cost to the cable provider, to the company, at some cost somewhere to provide these French channels, are you presuming people in Quebec, people in francophone communities, and people in anglophone communities are going to voluntarily turn those programs on that they can't understand?
