Je suis d’accord avec les députés qui ont dit que les fonds régionaux n’étaient malheureusement pas utilisés comme ils pourraient l’être et je suis également d’accord avec ceux qui ont dit que les pouvoirs locaux sont parfois les mieux placés pour trouver une solution.
I agree with the Members who said that the regional funds are unfortunately not utilised as they could be and I also agree with those who say that the local authorities are sometimes the ones who can best find a solution.
