(340) In future the Walloon Region will, if it wishes to adapt its rates in order to make them more attractive, have to publish a new public tariff intended for all airlines. La Commission devra appliquer ce principe en séparant les différentes activités de BSCA de celles de la Région wallonne, en se basant non sur le moment présent mais sur la durée du contrat (15 ans), voire sur la durée de la concession de BSCA (50 ans).
