Content of the Report The report presents an overview of the total of foreign assistance provided to the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), Poland (in as far as its Baltic Coast is concerned), and the Russian Federation (specifically, the St. Petersburg region and Kaliningrad).
