TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

L'annexe IV, chapitre V, section E, du règlement (CE) no 999/2001 prévoit que l'exportation de protéines animales transformées provenant de non-ruminants et de produits contenant de telles protéines n'est autorisée que s'ils sont destinés à des usages non prohibés par ledit règlement et qu'un accord écrit est conclu avant l'exportation entre l'autorité compétente de l'État membre exportateur, ou la Commission, et l'autorité compétente du pays tiers importateur, en vertu duquel le pays tiers importateur s'engage à respecter l'usage prévu et à ne pas réexporter les protéines animales transformées ou les produits contenant de telles protéines en vue d'usages interdits par le règlement (CE) no 999/2001.
Section E of Chapter V of Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 provides that the export of processed animal protein derived from non-ruminants, and of products containing such protein, is to be authorised only if they are destined for uses not prohibited by that Regulation and if a written agreement is concluded, prior to the export, between the competent authority of the exporting Member State, or the Commission, and the competent authority of the importing third country, which contains an undertaking from the importing third country to respect the intended use and not to re-export the processed animal protein, or the products containing such protein, for uses prohibited by Regulation (EC) No 999/2001.

La réexportation de produits importés sous le couvert d'un certificat de capture conformément au présent chapitre est autorisée moyennant validation de la rubrique «réexportation» du certificat de capture par les autorités compétentes de l'État membre au départ duquel la réexportation doit avoir lieu ou d'une copie de celui-ci lorsque les produits de la pêche destinés à la réexportation constituent une partie des produits importés.

The re-exportation of products imported under a catch certificate in accordance with this Chapter shall be authorised through the validation by the competent authorities of the Member State from which the re-exportation is to take place of the section ‘re-export’ of the catch certificate or a copy thereof where the fishery products to be re-exported are a part of the products imported.

La Commission se félicite également de la proposition faite par le Gouvernement luxembourgeois d'interdire l'essence normale au plomb à partir du 1er juillet 1988 mais a demandé aux Autorités luxembourgeoises de donner des détails supplémentaires sur leurs plans pour expliquer les nouveaux changements au public. Elle a aussi rappelé au Luxembourg que les importations d'essence au plomb destinée à la réexportation devraient continuer à être autorisées.
The Commission also takes a positive view of the Luxembourg Government's proposal to ban regular leaded petrol as from July 1 1988, but is asking the Luxembourg authorities to give more details of their plans for explaining the new moves to the public and has also reminded Luxembourg that imports of leaded petrol which are destined for re-export should be allowed to continue freely.
