Conformément à l'article 27 dudit règlement, les États membres peuvent prévoir dans leur droit national que le recours contre la décision de transfert ne suspend pas automatiquement le transfert du demandeur, mais que la personne concernée a la possibilité de demander que l'exécution de la décision de transfert soit suspendue en attendant l'issue de son recours.
In line with Article 27 of that Regulation, Member States may provide in their national law that the appeal against the transfer decision does not automatically suspend the transfer of the applicant but that the person concerned has the opportunity to request a suspension of the implementation of the transfer decision pending the outcome of his or her appeal.

3. Where, either after an examination procedure conducted pursuant to Article 9, or at any time before, during or after an international dispute settlement procedure, it appears that the most appropriate means of resolving a dispute arising from an obstacle to trade is the conclusion of an agreement with the third country or countries concerned which may change the substantive rights of the Union and of the third country or countries concerned, the procedure shall be suspended by the Commission acting in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 7(2), and negotiations shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 207 of the Treaty.

L’application du présent règlement à l’aéroport de Gibraltar est suspendue jusqu’à ce que soit mis en application le régime prévu dans la déclaration conjointe faite le 2 décembre 1987 par les ministres des affaires étrangères du Royaume d’Espagne et du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord.

The amount of the financial contribution from the Community allocated to the Member State concerned pursuant to paragraphs 5 and 6 may either be reduced or suspended, if it is established from the information supplied by that Member State, or from the results of investigations carried out on the Commission's authority by the experts referred to in Article 21, or from the results of the suitable examination which the Commission has conducted in accordance with the procedures analogous to those in Article 39 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds(9) that:
