Des modalités appropriées sont prévues dans les accords avec les autorités des pays tiers et les organismes visés à l’article 108, paragraphes 2 et 3, du règlement financier afin de veiller au respect des présentes dispositions et des principes relatifs à la protection des données à caractère personnel.
