TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Monsieur le Président, tout d'abord, pour corriger ma collègue, le règlement annoncé aujourd'hui, visant les modèles fabriqués entre 2017 et 2025, fait suite à un règlement annoncé il y a un an et demi, en fait il y a deux ans, lequel vise les modèles fabriqués entre 2011 et 2016.
Mr. Speaker, first of all, to correct my colleague, today's announcement of regulations from 2017 to 2025 follow on regulations announced a year and a half ago, two years ago for the model years 2011 to 2016.

Ayant déterminé, après consultation du comité consultatif, qu’il existait des éléments de preuve suffisants pour justifier l’ouverture d’une enquête au titre de l’article 13 du règlement de base, la Commission a adopté le règlement (UE) no 748/2010 (4) annonçant l’ouverture d’une enquête concernant le contournement présumé des mesures antidumping (ci-après dénommé «règlement d’ouverture»).
Having determined, after consulting the Advisory Committee, that sufficient evidence existed for the initiation of an investigation pursuant to Article 13 of the basic Regulation, the Commission adopted Regulation (EU) No 748/2010 (4) initiating an investigation of the alleged circumvention of the anti-dumping measures (‘the initiating Regulation’).

1. When a ship which is subject to the requirements of the special measures to enhance maritime security of the SOLAS Convention and of the ISPS Code or of Article 3 of this Regulation announces its intention to enter a port of a Member State, the competent authority for maritime security of that Member State shall require that the information referred to in paragraph 2.1 of regulation 9 (Ships intending to enter a port of another Contracting Government) of the special measures to enhance maritime security of the SOLAS Convention be provided.

2. Le règlement (CEE) n° 4064/89 reste applicable à toute concentration qui a fait l'objet d'un accord ou d'une annonce ou pour laquelle le contrôle a été acquis au sens de l'article 4, paragraphe 1, de ce règlement avant la date d'application du présent règlement, sous réserve, notamment, des dispositions en matière d'applicabilité fixées à l'article 25, paragraphes 2 et 3, du règlement (CEE) n° 4064/89 et à l'article 2 du règlement (CE) n° 1310/97.
2. Regulation (EEC) No 4064/89 shall continue to apply to any concentration which was the subject of an agreement or announcement or where control was acquired within the meaning of Article 4(1) of that Regulation before the date of application of this Regulation, subject, in particular, to the provisions governing applicability set out in Article 25(2) and (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 4064/89 and Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 1310/97.

The Regulation shall be applied to final contracts signed from the entry into force of this Regulation until its expiry, with the exception of final contracts signed before the Community gives notice in the Official Journal of the European Communities that it has initiated dispute settlement proceedings against Korea by requesting consultations in accordance with the World Trade Organisation's Understanding on the Rules and Procedures for the Settlement of Disputes and final contracts signed one month or more after the Commission gives notice in the Official Journal of the European Communities that these dispute settlement proceedings are resolved, or suspended on the grounds that the Community considers that the Agreed Minutes have been effectively implemented.
