Je peux affirmer au député que les membres de notre caucus qui viennent de régions rurales parlent abondamment de ces conséquences, comme nous l'avons fait pour les soins de santé, l'éducation, la réduction des effectifs dans la fonction publique et tous les changements structurels qui découlent de ce budget.
I can tell the hon. member without a doubt that the rural members in our caucus have talked long and hard about the implications here as we have done with health care, with education, with downsizing, with all the structural changes that are occurring as a result of this budget.
