S'il est une chose que le gouvernement canadien pourrait faire pour l'ensemble des communautés rurales, tant québécoises qu'ailleurs au pays, c'est bien d'avoir cette réflexion transversale sur les différentes interventions de l'État canadien, sur les façons d'intervenir dans les milieux et sur les façons d'obliger les ministères et organismes à réfléchir à la ruralité.
If there is one thing the Canadian government could do for all rural communities, both in Quebec and elsewhere in the country, it would be to have this overall vision of the various ways the Canadian government can take action, of the ways of intervening in the communities and of how to require departments and agencies to think about rural issues.
