Les pays candidats ont soumis les cartes pertinentes au Conseil qui les a adoptées en novembre 2002. Ces cartes ont été intégrées dans les traités d'adhésion signés en avril 2003, qui modifient les orientations communautaires pour les RTE-T [17] afin d'étendre ces derniers aux nouveaux États membres.
The relevant maps were submitted by the candidate countries to the Council which adopted them in November 2002 and form part of the Accession Treaties signed in April 2003 which amended the TEN-T Guidelines [17] to accommodate the extension of the TEN-T network to the acceding countries.

4. Les États membres veillent, au moyen de leurs cadres d'action nationaux, à ce qu'un nombre approprié de points de ravitaillement en GNL ouverts au public soient mis en place au plus tard le 31 décembre 2025, au moins tout au long du réseau central du RTE-T existant, afin que les véhicules utilitaires lourds propulsés au GNL puissent circuler dans toute l'Union, lorsqu'il existe une demande, à moins que les coûts soient disproportionnés par rapport aux avantages, y compris les avantages pour l'environnement.
4. Member States shall ensure, by means of their national policy frameworks, that an appropriate number of refuelling points for LNG accessible to the public are put in place by 31 December 2025, at least along the existing TEN-T Core Network, in order to ensure that LNG heavy-duty motor vehicles can circulate throughout the Union, where there is demand, unless the costs are disproportionate to the benefits, including environmental benefits.

8. Les États membres veillent, au moyen de leurs cadres d'action nationaux, à ce qu'un nombre approprié de points de ravitaillement en GNC ouverts au public soient mis en place au plus tard le 31 décembre 2025, au moins tout au long du réseau central du RTE-T existant, afin que les véhicules à moteur propulsés au GNC puissent circuler dans toute l'Union.
8. Member States shall ensure, by means of their national policy frameworks, that an appropriate number of CNG refuelling points accessible to the public are put in place by 31 December 2025, at least along the existing TEN-T Core Network, to ensure that CNG motor vehicles can circulate throughout the Union.

When establishing their networks for the supply of LNG to heavy-duty motor vehicles, Member States should ensure that refuelling points accessible to the public are put in place, at least along the existing TEN-T Core Network, within adequate distances taking into account the minimum range of LNG heavy-duty motor vehicles.

In accordance with Article 88(1) of the Treaty the Commission proposes that Member States amend their existing aid schemes to conform with these guidelines by 31 December 2007 at the latest, except for existing aid schemes for investments in connection with processing and marketing of agricultural products, that have to be eliminated by 31 December 2008 at the latest, and for investments concerning land purchase in agricultural holdings, that have to be amended to conform with these guidelines by 31 December 2009.
