Attendu qu’aux termes de l’article 5 de la Loi de 1984 sur la Convention Canada-Royaume-Uni relative aux jugements en matière civile et commerciale, sanctionnée le 29 juin 1984, chapitre 32 des Statuts du Canada de 1984, avis des dates d’entrée en vigueur et de cessation d’effet de la Convention entre le Canada et le Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord pour assurer la reconnaissance et l’exécution réciproques des jugements en matière civile et commerciale sont donnés par proclamation du gouverneur en conseil publiée dans la Gazette du Canada;
