La Bulgarie et la Roumanie pourront entrer dans notre maison commune en 2007 et les négociations vont pouvoir commencer avec la Turquie afin que l’Union se tourne vers l’Est, mais aussi vers le Sud, et même vers l’Afrique, un continent qui espère grandement recevoir de l’Europe des réponses importantes: nous ne pouvons pas faire marche arrière.
Bulgaria and Romania can enter our shared home in 2007 and negotiations can be started up with Turkey, in order to have a Union that looks to the East, but also to the South, to the South also in terms of Africa, a continent that harbours great hopes of receiving important answers from Europe: we cannot turn back.
