S'agissant du point b), le rapport Rosati soutenait pleinement l'approche de la Commission visant à clarifier le statut fiscal des entreprises communes établies en vertu de l'article 171 du traité CE, afin de corriger le déséquilibre en faveur des États membres dans lesquels l'entreprise commune est établie.
As regards item b), the Rosati Report fully supported the Commission's approach to clarify the tax status of Joint Undertakings set up under Article 171 of the EC Treaty, with a view to correct the unbalanced situation in favour of the Member States where the joint undertaking is established.
