La Commission a aussi insisté à plusieurs reprises sur le fait que l’élimination de la discrimination à l’égard du peuple rom devait aller de pair avec le respect des droits fondamentaux des femmes et des filles roms, et notamment le respect dans leur propre communauté.
The Commission has also emphasised on several occasions that the elimination of discrimination against the Roma people must go hand in hand with respect for the fundamental rights of Roma women and girls, including respect from within their own community.
