Madame la Présidente, je m'étonne de constater que la députée de Scarborough—Rouge River ait changé d'idée: elle ne pense plus que l'Ontario est sous-financé; maintenant, elle n'est tout simplement plus satisfaite des services d'établissement qui sont offerts dans l'ensemble du Canada et elle estime que le gouvernement fédéral devrait en bonifier le financement.
Madam Speaker, I find it interesting that the member for Scarborough—Rouge River has moved from her position that Ontario has been underfunded to the position that she is just not happy with settlement services and the funding it receives from the federal government across the country.
