Je voudrais aussi que le leader nous dise pourquoi un Canadien qui a quitté le pays soit pour étudier grâce à une bourse Fulbright ou une bourse Rhodes, ou encore pour aller ailleurs dans le Commonwealth ou dans un pays où les autorités locales peuvent aisément lui délivrer une autorisation de sécurité pour la durée du séjour fait à l'extérieur du pays, ne peut pas profiter d'une occasion d'emploi au Canada?
I would ask the leader to also determine why persons who have left the country, perhaps on a Fulbright scholarship or on a Rhodes scholarship, or for a Commonwealth or other country where their security clearance could easily be obtained by local officials for the time spent outside the country, are denied employment opportunities in this country.
