2. Les Parties au conflit qui reçoivent l’assistance mentionnée au paragraphe 1 et les Hautes Parties contractantes qui l’accordent devraient faciliter, quand il y a lieu, la coordination internationale de ces actions de protection civile.
2. The Parties to the conflict receiving the assistance referred to in paragraph 1 and the High Contracting Parties granting it should facilitate international co-ordination of such civil defence actions when appropriate.
