The Netherlands is the only country presenting a strategy to raise the life expectancy of persons in the lower socio-economic groups (from age 53 to age 56 by the year 2020). The Netherlands has also set a target of halving worker sick leave through the development of occupational health services and part-time leave and through adaptation of the workload on return to work.

Les États membres ayant fourni des informations concrètes sur le nombre de ressortissants de pays tiers faisant l’objet d’une procédure de retour (Estonie, Lettonie, Slovénie, Pays-Bas et Lituanie), ont indiqué que, dans tous les cas, les personnes avaient été éloignées ou expulsées de l’espace Schengen.
Member States, who provided for concrete information on the number of returned third-country nationals (Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Netherlands and Lithuania), informed that in all cases, persons have been removed or expelled from the Schengen area.

Four areas are worth highlighting in this context: 1) lifelong learning collective agreements in Belgium, Finland, Germany (metalworking industry in Baden-Württemberg), Italy and Portugal; 2) equal opportunities aiming at reducing gender pay inequalities (Belgium, Finland, Netherlands and Ireland), at combating race discrimination (France, Denmark and Ireland), at increasing employment of disabled persons (Belgium Italy and Ireland) and at preventing age discrimination (Denmark and Austria); 3) health and safety at work collective agreements on the prevention and treatment of stress (Belgium) on well-being and psychological work environment (Denmark) and against the excessive workload (the Netherlands); 4) flexibility and work-life balance collective agreements on parental leave (Sweden), on family leave and family-linked working time patterns (Belgium, Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands), on sabbaticals (Finland), on childcare arrangements (Greece, Ireland and the Netherlands), on flexitime and teleworking (Italy, Austria, and Denmark) and on temporary agency workers (Italy and Germany).

Eu égard aux objectifs que poursuit le régime néerlandais de l’entité fiscale, la situation des (sous-) sous-filiales Alphabet Holding, HP Holding et Alpha Holding est-elle objectivement comparable (i) à la situation de sociétés établies aux Pays-Bas qui sont les (sous-) filiales d’une société intermédiaire établie aux Pays-Bas qui n’a pas choisi d’être intégrée dans une entité fiscale avec sa société mère établie aux Pays-Bas et qui, en tant que sociétés sous-filiales, n’ont donc pas davantage qu’Alphabet Holding, HP Holding et Alpha Holding accès au régime d’une entité fiscale où elles seraient intégrées avec leur société (grand-) mère (uniquement) ou bien est-elle objectivement comparable (ii) à la situation de sous-filiales établies aux Pays-Bas qui ont choisi avec leur société mère établie aux Pays-Bas et leur société intermédiaire de constituer une entité fiscale avec leur société (grand-) mère et dont les activités et le patrimoine sont dès lors consolidés alors que ceux d’Alphabet Holding, HP Holding et Alpha Holding ne le sont pas?
In that context, in the light of the objectives pursued by the Netherlands fiscal unity regime ., is the situation of the (sub-)sub-subsidiaries Alphabet Holding, HP Holding and Alpha Holding objectively comparable . to (i) the situation of companies established in the Netherlands which are (sub-)subsidiaries of an intermediate holding company established in the Netherlands which has not elected to be integrated in a fiscal unity with its parent company established in the Netherlands, and which therefore, as sub-subsidiaries, similarly to Alphabet Holding, HP Holding and Alpha Holding, have no access to the fiscal unity regime with — exclusively — its grandparent company, or to (ii) the situation of sub-subsidiaries established in the Netherlands which, together with their parent company/intermediate holding company established in the Netherlands, have elected to form a fiscal unity with their (grand-)parent company established in the Netherlands and whose activities and assets therefore, unlike those of Alphabet Holding, HP Holding and Alpha Holding, are consolidated for tax purposes?
