TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Conformément à l'article 8 du règlement (CE) no 659/1999 du Conseil du 22 mars 1999 portant modalités d'application de l'article 93 du traité CE (15), un État membre peut retirer sa notification en temps utile après l'ouverture de la procédure formelle d'examen, avant que la Commission ne statue sur le caractère de la mesure notifiée, ce qui a pour effet de clore la procédure.
