TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Il est nécessaire de prolonger jusqu'à la campagne de commercialisation de 2013/2014 le régime actuel d'aide communautaire aux producteurs de betteraves à sucre et de canne à sucre, pour les États membres qui ont octroyé l'aide à la restructuration visée à l'article 3 du règlement (CE) n° 320/2006 pour 50 % au moins du quota de sucre fixé le 20 février 2006 dans l'annexe III du règlement (CE) n° 318/2006, sans fixer une période maximale de cinq années, afin de faire face aux besoins d'adaptation résultant de la restructuration.
The current Community support scheme for sugar beet and sugar cane producers should be extended until the 2013/2014 marketing year for those Member States which have granted the restructuring aid referred to in Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 in respect of at least 50% of the sugar quota set on 20 February 2006 in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 without fixing a maximum period of five years, in order to meet the adjustment-related needs resulting from the restructuring.

There is a need to extend until 2013/14 the current Community aid scheme for producers of sugar-beet and sugar-cane, for those Member States that have granted restructuring aid under Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 for at least 50 % of the sugar quota laid down on 20 February 2006 in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 318/2006, without the upper limit of five years, to deal with the needs for adjustment following restructuring.
