Une personne est éligible aux élections européennes organisées en Pologne dès lors qu'elle est habilitée à élire les députés au Parlement européen, qu'elle a 21 ans révolus le jour des élections, qu'elle n'a pas été condamnée pour avoir commis intentionnellement une infraction grave, et qu'elle réside en Pologne ou dans un autre État membre de l'Union européenne dont elle est ressortissante depuis cinq ans au moins.
The person shall be eligible for elections to the European Parliament held in the Republic of Poland, if he or she has the right to elect deputies to the European Parliament and has reached the age of at least 21 years on the day of the vote, has not been punished for a crime done intentionally and prosecuted by indictment, and is a resident of the Republic of Poland or of another Member State of the European Union, of which he or she is a citizen for at least 5 years.
