La Commission est donc convaincue que pour devenir tout à fait efficace, le REPC devrait bénéficier du budget communautaire et disposer d'un règlement financier stipulant clairement quelle doit être l'utilisation du budget, ainsi que d'un secrétariat doté d'un personnel suffisant.
The Commission therefore strongly believes that in order to become fully effective the EUCPN should profit from the Community budget, possess financial rules, which stipulate clearly how the budget should be used and a Secretariat staffed with an adequate number of persons.
