La Commission est habilitée à adopter, conformément à l'article 18, des actes délégués concernant les annexes du présent règlement afin d'adapter ces annexes au progrès technique; de les aligner sur la taxinomie internationale ADREP, sur les autres dispositions législatives de l'Union et sur les accords internationaux; de mettre à jour la liste des parties intéressées et le formulaire de demande d'informations au répertoire central européen; et de veiller à ce que la gamme des incidents à notifier dans le cadre du système de comptes rendus obligatoires reste adéquate.
The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 18 concerning the Annexes to this Regulation in order to adapt the Annexes to technical progress, to align the Annexes with the international agreed taxonomy ADREP, with other legislations adopted by the Union and with international agreements, to update the list of interested parties and the request for European Central Repository information form, and to ensure that the scope of incidents to be reported under the mandatory scheme remains appropriate.
