Le financement adéquat du budget central de ces agences des NU reste de la compétence des États membres des Nations unies et il n'y aurait aucune valeur ajoutée si la Communauté européenne le remplaçait tout simplement et transférait aux agences des Nations unies au titre de 'contribution au budget central' des fonds qui lui ont été confiés par ses États membres.
The adequate financing of the core budget of these UN agencies remains the responsibility of UN member states and there would be no added value for the EC simply to substitute for this and pass on the resources entrusted to it by Member States to the UN agencies as "core contribution".
